Floor Signing Event
The St. Jude Dream Home floor signing was an incredible event, bringing together partners, supporters, and community members for a meaningful moment in the build. As part of this event, we got to sign the baseboards of the Dream Home, making our forever mark on the home.
We’re grateful to be part of a project that goes far beyond construction, and we want to thank our trade partners for their continued support in helping bring this home to life.
SPRING 2026: Home Construction Progress
We’re putting the finishing touches on the St. Jude Dream Home!
Inside the home, we’ve finished painting, cabinet installation, countertops, and more. We’re currently working on finishing out flooring and other home finishes. The dreamy home exterior is looking absolutely stunning, with just a few small tasks left to complete before we landscape.

What floor plans does Bussell Homes offer?

How does financing a new construction home work?
With Bussell Homes, you don’t need to secure financing until the day of closing. We carry the cost of construction, which insulates you from construction loan interest, origination fees, and other carrying costs. When it’s time to close, we’ll help you secure a standard mortgage—just like buying an existing home.
Do you have move-in-ready homes available?
