We build new construction homes throughout Southwest Missouri. Our current communities include Forest Heights in Nixa, Valley Ridge in Ozark, Green Ridge in Battlefield, Fall Creek in Rogersville, Tiger Creek in Republic, and Auburn Meadows in Willard.

With Bussell Homes, you don’t need to secure financing until the day of closing. We carry the cost of construction, which insulates you from construction loan interest, origination fees, and other carrying costs. When it’s time to close, we’ll help you secure a standard mortgage—just like buying an existing home.
